If you’re a huge fan of all things spooky, Blac Lilly Bee is about to become your favorite miniature artist. She focuses on creating tiny dioramas that will send chills down your spine because they’re filled with ghosts, old books, faded pictures, and other spooky objects.
The Instagram page Blac Llilly Bee was founded by the miniature artist Annie, who started sharing her tiny creations with the world in 2020. From the very start, she enjoyed creating miniature objects with a creepy vibe, and she’s still fully dedicated to exploring the spooky side of life.
“I started making miniatures and dioramas a few years ago. I use polymer clay, wood, paper, 3D prints, and Utah sand. I adore the beautiful things that linger in the shadows, this is what inspires most of my work,” she writes on her Etsy page.
It was a joy to watch Annie’s skills evolve over the years—her attention to detail is truly immaculate and her creations are getting smaller and smaller by the day. She went from crafting miniature houses to actually filling them with even tinier objects, which are much more difficult to craft.
Her open caskets are especially impressive, but she admits they require a lot of time and she’s trying to speed up the process of making them before offering them on Etsy.
