Becoming a successful blogger by posting about nothing but toast sounds like a difficult task, but Brittany Arnette somehow made it happen. She channeled her love for her favorite brunch staple into her food blog Toasted Table and created something truly amazing along the way.

Arnette describes herself as someone who eats toast every day, so she decided to start a blog inspired by her favorite food. Arnette was still studying psychology at Georgetown University, with minors in business administration, back in the day, and that’s where her love for food truly blossomed.

She combined her love for writing and food into one as the editorial director of Spoon University and also ran an organization called GU Eating Society, dedicated to learning about culture through cuisine.

All these experiences prepared her for her next journey in the culinary world – becoming a food blogger. She decided to focus on what she knows best, and toast quickly became her area of expertise. She usually sticks to the subject but enjoys sharing recipes for Middle Eastern foods every once in a while.
