“Home Alone” LEGO Set is Finally Here

Christmas is a holiday of possibilities. You can do whatever you want, although we usually choose to unpack gifts, watch Home Alone and play with LEGO. And there is now one thing that connects all of these three activities.

LEGO finally decided to listen to the cries of fans and release a Home Alone set. But, just one look at it and it’s clear that the wait was well worth it.

The 3,955-piece set features a faithful recreation of the McCallister home but also much more beyond that. You will also be able to recreate various scenes from the movie thanks to figurines of Kevin and Wet Bandits and various booby traps.

But the details references to the ‘90s classic don’t end there. You can also zipline Kevin to his backyard treehouse or change Marv and Harry’s fortunes by using their modular van to make a spectacular getaway. And as an added bonus, there is a hot iron print on one side of Marv’s face.

“Just like every 90s kid, I grew up watching Home Alone, and it (holds) a very special place in my heart,” said designer Alex Storozhuk in a press release. “I can’t even imagine holidays without it. This movie is very nostalgic and makes those warm childhood memories come up every time.”

The Home Alone LEGO set is available in official LEGO stores and the company’s webshop for a price of $299.99.
