The artist, who goes by the name of Lost, states on her Instagram profile that she eats paint, and that’s how her skills improve.
In the line below that one, she further iterates—just in case you thought that there was a typo in the above line—the following statement: “I like to eat paint”. Listen, she’s clearly confident and proud of what she does, so who are we to deny it? And after all… and this really is the crux of the matter—her paintings are pretty good!
We’re not sure if it’s thanks to the fact that she eats paints that her paintings are so good, but if it works for her then great. All jokes aside though, we do hope that she’s just saying this as a gimmick, because paint truly is not a healthy thing to consume. In any case, her art is precise, skillful, cartoonish, anime-like, and truly unique—so give this girl a follow if you’re into it!
