Bernard Henry Finds Viral Fame Thanks To Collecting Tiny Hats For His Birds

Bernard Henry describes himself as “just a guy in Connecticut who loves birds”—and it shows. Henry became a true Instagram sensation after he started collecting tiny hats for his winged best friends and captured their adventures in funny videos that quickly went viral.

Henry is the mastermind behind TikTok and Instagram page @fathenfarms, and over a million people are looking forward to his new posts. He’s based in New Milford, Connecticut, where he lives with around 150 birds on his farm, ranging from peacocks to chickens and ducks.

Henry was only 17 when he started raising birds, and button quails have a special place in his heart. He currently has four Mearns quails—Finn, Quinn, Jake, and Daisy—who live separately from the rest of the animals on his farm.

Another thing that separates this quartet from every other bird on Henry’s farm? Their love for tiny hats! Henry realized they enjoyed wearing them during their play dates and he now has a collection of over 50 themed bonnets.

Finn, Quinn, Jake, and Daisy looked so adorable with tiny hats on that Henry couldn’t resist filming them and sharing the videos with the world. They quickly blew up online and transformed this gang of Mearns quails into an internet sensation.
