Najla’a Abdallah is a talented Australian-Jordanian multidisciplinary designer with a passion for 3D art. Although she never wanted to work as a product designer, here she is doing exactly that and loving it!
Browsing through her Instagram account, you can enjoy extraordinary 3D artwork, which can easily be mistaken as photographs. And she achieves these effects by “mixing playful forms rendered in elegant and sophisticated tones”.
Being a product designer, Abdallah was never involved with modeling. However, when everything stopped due to the pandemic, she found time to dedicate time to 3D art, and she fell in love.
“With physical products, I am forced to consider every dimension and every technical aspect of every single detail, but with 3D art, I am free to do whatever I want. That’s something that I thoroughly enjoy, as it gives me the freedom to express my ideas and feelings freely,” she said in an interview for Ballpit.
When creating her arts, she seeks inspiration from everything that could trigger a new idea, such as TV shows, movies, and social media. She also says that a lot of inspiration came from Peter Tarka’s artwork, which eventually pushed her to start her 3D art journey.
