We’ve all wondered what our pets might be thinking at least once and Mason Adams decided to put his cat’s thoughts into words. He became a viral sensation thanks to hilarious videos where it seems like he’s having full-on conversations with his tabby Cooter.
Adams adopted Cooter when he was still a teen, after finding him in a cornfield all alone.
“I heard him crying and followed the sound until I found him. He was abandoned by his mother and nearly dead, with bugs crawling all over him and his deceased sibling. I brought him inside, cleaned him up, & nursed him back to health. The rest is history,” explained Adams.
They’ve been inseparable ever since and their connection became so strong that Adams often felt he can hear Cooter’s voice in his head. He decided to do something about it and started recording hilarious clips of his conversations with Cooter, featuring funny subtitles.
Adams says that Cooter has always been chatty and he decided to share captions that capture what he thinks Cooter would be saying. The result was so hilarious that millions of people watch his clips every day, and he attracted almost 600,000 Instagram followers and 7.5 million more on TikTok.
