This Polish McDonald’s Just Got Dressed in Warm Clothes

McDonald’s in Poland decided to respond to the winter season by putting on its warm clothes. Literally.

One franchise owner of McDonald’s in the Polish city of Ustroń has wrapped up his entire restaurant in a green, pink, yellow, and black wool cardigan. The exterior of the restaurant also got some fitting giant buttons and leftover wool yarn.

The makeover didn’t stop there, as the interior was wrapped up in wool as well.

The eye-catching makeover has made a big buzz on social media and prompted tons of comments from customers.

“That is one huge McD’s. What a great idea this is! Kudos to the designers. The inside is awesome,” wrote one amazed social media user.

The positive feedback was welcomed by the owner Andrzej Maziarz, who called it a “great honor” for the restaurant.

“I am proud and happy that this place in Ustron can please the eye not only of the inhabitants but also of all tourists,” Maziarz told the local media.

As it turns out, putting on some wool clothes on the McDonald’s building wasn’t just made to protect it from the cold. The stunt is actually a part of the promotional campaign for the fast food chain’s new winter menu. According to SWNS, the winter makeover needed five months to be completed with 50 workers taking part.
