Ukrainian Artist is Crafting Quirky Dolls With Weirdly Shaped Heads

Dolls are sometimes seen as weird and spooky toys, but you haven’t seen anything if you haven’t seen Zosias Store’s creations. Founded by the Ukrainian artist Yulia, these quirky dolls with weirdly shaped heads could give Chucky and Megan a run for their money.

Yulia shared her first doll with the world on Instagram, and she’s been on the roll ever since. Her page is now followed by over 50,000 people, and she has her own online store on Etsy, where she made over 1,400 sales since 2015, when her dolls looked much simpler and less spooky.

One thing many of Yulia’s creations have in common are their weirdly-shaped heads. They often take the shape of fruits and veggies, from cauliflowers and broccoli to carrots and corn, but there are expectations to this rule.

Yulia enjoys making dolls inspired by pretty much every object that pops into her head. You can find dolls with heads shaped like teabags, clouds, peanuts, flowers, pasta shapes, and everything in between on her Instagram page.

Yulia’s art evolved a lot once she decided to embrace the weird side of life. She even started a separated Instagram page @2headedzosia, where she’s exclusively sharing photos of her two-headed toys.
